I made the Asia on Argyle Pagoda collage in 2016 as a study for the larger Asia on Argyle piece.
The sign and pagoda above the Argyle L station provided the reference and inspiration for these pieces. It is located at 1118 West Argyle Avenue in the historical Asian district in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago.
